The Accreditation Commission will review aggregated, anonymized data from the Evaluation Hub to monitor student achievement. This yearly review will take place prior to the Fall Leadership Meeting of the Accreditation Commission and any identified concerns will be raised with individual programs. The yearly review will help with early identification of potential challenges a program is facing and provide the opportunity for the program to make adjustments as needed.

As part of the six-year review, a program (site) will be assessed based on the overall achievement of its students within each of the units of CPE that they offer. The site team will review data reported through the standardized evaluation system.

To remain in good standing, a program (site) must have a minimum of 75 percent of its students achieve a minimum of 70 percent average of the indicators over the course of the 6-year accreditation cycle in Level I/Level II CPE Units.

To remain in good standing for Certified Educator CPE, a program must ensure that its students are progressing through Phase I and Phase II within the appropriate time-frame guidelines. Successful completion of each phase requires a full evaluation of the competencies for Certified Educator CPE by the local ACPE Educator who is assessing the evidence provided in the student’s portfolio to demonstrate their achievement.
