As part of its ongoing efforts to ensure a program’s ongoing compliance with all standards, ACPE requires programs to complete an Annual Report Form each year. This report will seek to ensure that programs are staying current in the updating of their portfolios, to monitor overall student headcount information, and to open dialog related to questions about compliance with standards. Specific questions are asked about changes in financial support or budget for the program to ensure that program continues to have the financial resources necessary to remain in compliance (See Standard 5 – Infrastructure and Financial Resources )
In addition to the Annual Report Form, the staff and the Accreditation Commission will review student achievement data prior to the Spring Leadership Meeting for each program through the Evaluation Hub. Any potential issues or concerns will be brought to commission for review and then to the individual programs for consultation and remediation as needed.
