The PWB Committee will review each registration application, to ensure it meets all criteria as spelled out in this guide _(See: Communities of Practice in ACPE
Applications for registration as a CoP will be received at the ACPE office upon submission via the ACPE on-line form. Any forms received over the prior month, will be reviewed and acted on by the PWB Committee on their monthly call.
An approval letter, denial letter or request for more information will be provided to the applicant within thirty (30) days of the review.
An approval letter will include details on listing the community on the ACPE website. The coordinator of record will liaison with the office staff to ensure that the details are accurate, and, that individuals are now able to join the CoP.
