ACPE prepares calendar year consolidated financial statements with its subsidiary, FCPE.
Interim financial statements are not consolidated and are prepared monthly by the 20th of each month. A balance sheet and P&L with budget comparison are the basic monthly reports to be prepared. Other reports will be prepared as requested by ACPE management. Quarterly, the interim financial statements will be provided to the Finance and Audit Committee.
The following committees will include in their meeting agendas review of interim and annual financial statements:
- Executive Committee
- Finance and Audit Committee
- Board of Directors.
