The health and relevance of the community of practice will be evaluated on an annual basis. CoP conveners will be invited to engage the membership of their CoP to identify issues such as:
- Gaining new knowledge
- Enhancing skill
- Enhancing connectivity – level of participation
- New and improved actions
- Sharing knowledge, skill, action with ACPE
Regular participation in the evaluation process is an important part of the funding decisions for the following year.
