The Batch Processor is MIPAR’s powerful automated image analysis application designed for applying recipes to multiple images with extensive control and flexibility. Operating in either batch mode for processing queued images or real-time mode for monitoring folders and processing images as they arrive, the Batch Processor streamlines high-throughput analysis workflows.
Beyond simple recipe application, it offers advanced processing capabilities including AOI tracking to follow regions of interest across image sequences, automatic image alignment, tilt correction for FIB/SEM distortions, and multi-channel image combination.
The system generates comprehensive outputs including processed images, measurement spreadsheets, printed reports, image overlays, and even 3D volumetric reconstructions from image stacks. All processing results are organized into sessions that can be paused, resumed, and made portable for easy data transfer and collaboration.
During processing, real-time preview panels display detection overlays and measurement updates, providing immediate feedback on analysis progress. Completed sessions seamlessly integrate with the Session Processor for manual review, corrections, and further analysis, creating a complete workflow from automated batch processing to refined results.
