Too Many Users Startup The concurrent user limit on your network license has been reached. Contact support@mipar.us to inquire about obtaining additional seats for your network license.
Unknown Error Fingerprint License Manager may not have been installed properly by the Setup Assistant (Step 2 of the InstallPack) OR License Manager may be out-of-date Try manually taking fingerprint:
- Go to http://localhost:1947/sentinel/ldk/v1/111047/fingerprint
- Copy everything beneath the solid black line > Paste into a text editor as a plain text document > Save as a file with a .c2v extension
- If this page cannot be reached, retry running the Setup Assistant (Step 2 of the InstallPack). Make sure the ​InstallPack is being run from a location on your local hard drive and not from a network location. If this does not work, see Solution for Cannot Reach localhost:1947 (Windows) below.

Solution for Cannot Reach localhost:1947 (Windows)

Check License Manager Service

1. In the Windows search bar type Services
2. Open the Services app
3. Scroll down to Sentinel LDK License Manager
4. If it exists and is stopped, select it and click Start in the left panel to start the service
5. If it does not exist, proceed with steps 6-15

Set Environment Variables

6. Open Command Prompt as Administrator and execute the following commands:
7. MKDIR c:\ldktemp
8. SET TEMP=C:\ldktemp
9. SET TMP=C:\ldktemp

Repair License Manager

10. Show hidden files
11. In Windows Explorer, navigate inside the “For_Setup_Assistant” folder in your extracted MIPAR InstallPack folder
12. Click in the address bar at the top of the window and copy the folder path
13. In Command prompt type cd followed by a space, then right-click and paste the copied path. Press Enter.
14. Execute the command haspdinst.exe -i. You should see a progress window followed by an “Operation Completed Successfully.” message.
15. Retry activation through MIPAR’s Activation Window

Solution for HASP_DEVICE_ERR on Mac

Show Hidden Files

1. Open Terminal from /Applications/Utilities
2. Paste defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles YES into Terminal and press Enter to show hidden files
3. Paste killall “Finder” into Terminal and press Enter to relaunch Finder

Re-run License Manager Starter

4. Open the InstallPack folder in Finder
5. Go into the .For_Setup_Assistant folder
6. Double-click on MIPAR License Manager.pkg (if this file is missing, restore it from the Trash, or download here
7. Follow the prompts to complete the installer
8. After the installer finishes, and the green check mark is shown, leave the installer window open and proceed with steps 9-10

Allow in System Preferences

9. Go to System Preferences and select Security & Privacy
10. Click the “Allow” button next to “SFNT Germany GmbH” (close the installer window and try clicking “Allow” again if it does not respond at first)

Hide Hidden Files (optional)

11. Paste defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles NO into Terminal and press Enter to hide hidden files
12. Paste killall “Finder” into Terminal and press Enter to relaunch Finder

Retry Activation

13. Try activating your V2C license key again

Solution for HASP_CLONE_DETECTED

Check for Cloned Key

1. On your MIPAR system, go to http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html
2. If there is a visible key marked with a red “Cloned”, click the “C2V” button in its “Actions” column, and send the C2V file to support@mipar.us. If there are no visible keys, proceed with steps 3-9.

Repair License Manager

3. Download the License Manager package for Windows or Mac
4. Unzip the file and it should turn into haspdinst.exe
5. Open command prompt with administrator privileges
6. Using the cd command, navigate to the directory containing haspdinst.exe
7. Into command prompt type haspdinst.exe -i and press Enter
8. Go to http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html and see if any keys show up
9. If they do, locate the key marked with red “Cloned”, click the “C2V” button under its “Actions” column, and send the C2V file to support@mipar.us. If there are still no visible keys marked “Cloned”, please contact support@mipar.us for further assistance.
