Tints the layer, shifting dark and light areas towards your specified colors. These colors are used to produce a gradient which will then be applied to all values between pure black and pure white.

  • Brightness Used: Select a channel from the source image to use as a value map for applying the tint.
  • Map Black To: Choose a color to be applied to all black pixels within the clip or layer. You can use the eyedropper to select a color from the layer, or click the swatch to open a color picker and choose any color you prefer. You can also manually enter the color values for the red, green, and blue channels.
  • Map White To: Choose a color to be applied to all White pixels within the clip or layer. You can use the eyedropper to select a color from the layer, or click the swatch to open a color picker and choose any color you prefer. You can also manually enter the color values for the red, green, and blue channels.
  • Amount To Tint: Controls how much of the tint is included in the results. Lower values show more of the original color, and higher values display more of the tint result.
