Retrieving a Lost User Name or Password

To retrieve a lost main administrative user name or password:
(If a user of a dealer forgets the user name or password, they must contact an administrator of their dealer account to get their user name and password)

  1. Go to the K-Touch login screen.
  1. On the Login Screen, click Lost your password.
    The Username and Password Retrieval window appears:
  1. Enter your email address and click Look up.
    A security question window appears.
  1. Answer the security question correctly and the username/password is sent to your authorized email address.
