Checking Gateway Connectivity

This article explains how to check and verify that the K-Touch app is making a good connection to your gateways.

1. Check the Connectivity Icon

• The bottom right hand corner of the contol screen of the app shows an icon that looks like a wireless symbol.
  
• The icon has 3 states:
  
  • Green: All gateways are connected
  • Yellow: Some gateways are connected, others are not
  • Red: No gateways are connected

2. Tap the Connectivity Icon

• To bring up a menu showing all your gateways, tap this icon. It shows which are connected and which aren’t.
  
  • Green: Connected
  • Red: Not Connected
