Signs, whether temporary or permanent, shall be of materials and colors that complement those of the overall Association.

Signs are not permitted in the windows of homes.

If a permanent sign is illuminated, this illumination shall be directed and shielded to avoid glare and excessive brightness.

External lighting fixtures must be concealed or screened by landscaping.

High-pressure sodium lighting is prohibited.

All signs, whether temporary or permanent, and associated landscaping must receive approval of the Architectural Control Committee, except where expressly permitted by the Maryland Homeowners Association Act and Condominium Act, and, if applicable, shall be in accordance with the sign options attached to these Design Guidelines as Exhibit B.
