Hot tubs and spas must be located in the rear of a Living Unit, away from adjacent Properties, so that their use, presence, and the noise generated by the operation of their mechanical equipment do not adversely affect the use and enjoyment of those adjacent Properties.

Hot tubs and spas must be an integral part of a deck, patio, or landscaping and screened from view from the adjacent Properties and/or the golf course.

Privacy screening is required and may be of landscaping or structural.

The screening must obscure the hot tub and its occupant(s).

Netting or bug screens shall not be considered an appropriate form of screening.

The Architectural Control Committee, subject to its discretion, must approve all screening.

Mechanical equipment, pipes, and wiring should be concealed and the understructure of spas/hot tubs not set into above-ground decks must be screened.
