Driveways shall be asphalt, stamped concrete, brushed concrete, exposed aggregate or brick pavers, with final material selection to be determined by the Architectural Control Committee.

Driveways will be located such that street tree plantings are not eliminated.

Maximum grade should relate to the length of the driveway and generally should not exceed 5%.

Shared Driveways will be permitted and may be encouraged in specific areas of the Association, as determined by the Architectural Control Committee.

Enlargement of a parking pad may be undertaken only where it has been pre-approved, and its use will not adversely affect adjacent Property, Community Areas, natural areas or drainage.

Either the same material as the existing driveway or pad or turfblock or other permeable pavement should be used.

Natural Pathways are pathways that may be constructed along streets in accordance with the approved site plans.

All Natural Pathways are to be made of porous material.

Other materials, including asphalt and concrete, are prohibited.

Leadwalks to the dwelling units shall connect either to the Natural Pathway, or to the driveway, such that there is a paved walking surface from the front door of the dwelling unit to the street and/or natural pathway.

Leadwalks may be paved with concrete or brick pavers that match brick paver driveways.
