WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 10 of the Declaration, the Board of Directors is authorized to promulgate as Community Codes, rules, regulations, standards, and guidelines governing the Community.

WHEREAS, Article 10 of the Declaration provides that Community Codes shall have the same force and effect and binding nature as the covenants, conditions, casements, and restrictions contained within die Declaration and applicable to all Property within the Community.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors hereby establishes a policy that no parking shall be permitted on grass surfaces.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no vehicles shall be parked anywhere but on paved surfaces intended for that purpose.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no vehicle shall be permitted to park within (10) ten feet of driveway entrances and that no vehicle shall be permitted to park directly opposite any single-family resident’s driveway or any condominium resident’s driveway and garage.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as are set forth for them in the Declaration.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being the Secretary of the GlenRiddle Community Association, Inc., has caused this Policy to be adopted on this 31 day of July 2010.
