Rent my house, townhouse, or condo on a short-term basis

If you acquired (settled) your house, townhouse, or condo after December 31, 2021, you cannot rent to any tenant for less than thirty (30) consecutive days. If you acquired your house, townhouse, or condo prior to January 1, 2022, you cannot rent the unit to any tenant for less than seven (7) consecutive days.

Lease my house, townhouse, or condo for more than 30 days

If you want to rent your residence for more than a 30-day period, you will need to register tenants and other occupants with the Association by submitting the documents listed below to the Association’s property manager within ten (10) days after the execution of the lease agreement or before the unit is occupied by the tenant, whichever is earlier:

  • A completed and signed Rental Living Unit Registration Form.
  • A signed copy of the Lease.
  • A signed copy of the Association’s Lease Addendum.
  • Proof of insurance confirming coverage for the rental of the Living Unit.
  • A copy of the “Rental License” from Worcester County.

Place a sign on your lawn to advertise the sale of your house, townhouse, or condo

You must use a GlenRiddle “For Sale” sign. A deposit is required.
