(a) The Association shall provide each Member entitled to vote thereat with written notice of each meeting of the Members at least ten (10) days but not more than ninety (90) days before such meeting.

(b) Notice shall be given pursuant to this Section 3.4 when it is:

(i) personally delivered to a Member,

(ii) left at a Member’s residence,

(iii) mailed to a Member at the Member’s address as it last appears on the records of the Association,

(iv) transmitted to the Member by electronic mail to any electronic mail address of the Member or by any other electronic means, or

(v) delivered by any other means allowed under applicable law.

Such notice may be waived upon the declaration of an emergency by the person calling the meeting.

Such notice shall specify the time, date, and place of the meeting, and, in the case of a special meeting, the purpose of the meeting.

All meetings of the Members shall be held at places and times convenient to the greatest practicable number of Members.
