6.8.1. A. Waiver, Amendment and Third-Party Benefit

The Architectural Control Committee and/or the Association’s Board of Directors maintain the right, from time to time, and in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Design Guidelines.

Please note that a failure to follow these Guidelines in one instance does not waive the rights of the Architectural Control Committee and/or the

Association’s Board of Directors in other cases.

These Guidelines do not confer any benefit or right upon any entity, person. Owner or Participating Builder.
