Fencing is highly discouraged but proposed fences may be submitted for review and approval.
Long runs of fencing shall not extend in a straight line without an offset or jog of at least two feet.
Jogs should be coordinated with lot lines and should relate to the massing and stepping off the single-family attached townhouses.
Jogs shall occur at a minimum with each group of dwelling units.
The maximum height of fencing for single-family attached townhouses shall be 6’0”.
Specific fence types shall be approved in conjunction with the architectural design approvals of the dwelling units and these fence types are the only ones that may be constructed.
