WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 7 of the Declaration, the Declarant is authorized to assign all or part of its lights and powers to a Design Review Entity, and;

WHEREAS, Article 7 of the Declaration provides that no improvements of any kind shall be commenced, erected, or maintained upon the Property until a review “Application” is submitted to and approved by the Design Review Entity, and;

WHEREAS, the Design Review Entity is now commonly referred to as the Architectural Control Committee (ACC);

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors hereby establishes a policy in which the ACC will now have the authority to review, approve or deny applications submitted for improvements to the GlenRiddle Marina Condominium Association in accordance with said association’s covenants, conditions, casements, and restrictions.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being the Secretary of the GlenRiddle Community Association, Inc., has caused this Policy to be adopted on this 10th day of May 2012.
