It is the responsibility of the Participating Builder and Owner to obtain all necessary permits and ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and other requirements.
Plans submitted for Architectural Control Committee review shall comply with all applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and the requirements of all governmental entities having jurisdiction over the Property.
Regulatory approvals do not preclude or supersede the authority and responsibility of the Architectural Control Committee for design review, nor does the Architectural Control Committee approval constitute, signify or incorporate any governmental approvals.
It is not the responsibility of the Architectural Control Committee to determine compliance with applicable governmental regulations.
