Only Association approved lot signs are permitted (see Exhibit B).
The lot on which a model dwelling unit is located may contain one (1) temporary “sales information” Insert Sign.
Such sign shall conform to all applicable signage requirements of the Association.
Brochure Holders are permitted when located adjacent to the approved Glen Riddle sales sign.
Temporary signs that are prohibited include:
- Sidewalk or curb signs
- Portable or trailer signs
- “Sandwich board” signs
- Revolving, rotating, or flashing signs
- Bandit signs
