Be placed on the roof at a location that is the least visible from adjoining Property, Community Areas, and from the street,

Not extend above the ridgeline or parapet on a flat roof, and

Be painted with a flat paint to match the color of the roof.

Wall Units

Be painted to match the surface to which they are mounted to seem as inconspicuous as possible.
