The following types of vehicles are not permitted to be stored in open view on any residential lot.

Community Property parking area/street or Community Areas parking area/street or other public street Vehicles are considered “stored” if they are parking within the Association for more than 48 hours.

1. Any motorcycle, boat, or boat trailer.

2. Any motor home, mobile home, trailer, self-contained camper, or fifth wheel vehicle.

3. Any truck with a camper slip-on where the camper is higher than the roofline of the cab of the truck.

4. Any other vehicle not defined above which is not normally or regularly used for daily transportation, including dune buggies, non-operational automobiles, or other automotive equipment not licensed for use on the highways of Maryland.

5. Any vehicle with commercial signs, advertising, or visible commercial equipment.

6. Any private or public school or church bus.

7. Any vehicle not in service or good repair.

Such vehicles owned by an Owner, resident of the Association, or a guest of an Owner or resident of the Association may be temporarily parked in a private driveway for a period not to exceed 48 hours.
