Exterior equipment for central heating and cooling systems or electrical systems should be screened from view from any other Community Areas or Property by architectural treatment or landscaping or both.
Side or rear yard locations are required.
Any elevation facing a street shall be deemed a front yard.
Room units built through the wall should not extend beyond the exterior wall and should be
painted to match the exterior wall color.
Window air conditioning units are prohibited on newly constructed homes.
Window/wall units are discouraged but may be used with additions as long as the units cannot be seen from the street and screened from the golf course.
The final decision to permit window/wall units under certain circumstances is at the discretion of the Architectural Control Committee.
All utility services to the dwelling units, including pre-wiring for cable or satellite TV, shall be installed underground and to the rear or side of the dwelling units.
If located on the side, utility services must be screened.
