7.9. Administrative Resolution 2014-5: Trailer Lot Parking Policy

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of GlenRiddle Community Association, Inc. has the power and the responsibility to govern and make decisions for the community in accordance with Article 7 (a) of the GlenRiddle By Laws; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 10, Section 10.2 (a) of the Declaration, the Board of Directors may establish, modify, cancel, limit, create exceptions to, or expand Community Codes; and

WHEREAS, Article 10 of the Declaration provides that Community Codes shall have the same force and effect and binding nature as the covenants, conditions, easements, and restrictions contained within the Declaration and applicable to all property within the Community;

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to establish a Trailer Lot Parking Policy for the benefit of the Community and its residents;

NOW, THEREFORE BET IT RESOLVED THAT the Board of Directors of GlenRiddle Community Association, Inc. hereby adopts the following Community Code which, as may be modified or amended from time to time, shall be binding on all parties having any right, title, or interest in all or any portion of the Community, their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, transferees and assigns, as well as occupants, guest, and invitees, and shall inure to the benefit of each Owner thereof.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as set forth for them in the Declaration.

Trailer Lot Parking Policy:

1. No trailer, boat, or combination thereof can be present for more than one 72 hour period within a week (defined as Monday through Sunday).

2. Trailers must be registered with the Association to use the trailer lot.

3. Unregistered trailers will be tagged with a one-week deadline to be registered and removed; trailers still present and unregistered on the stated deadline will be towed at the owner’s expense.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, GlenRiddle Board of Directors hereby executes this Resolution this 8th day of May 2014 at an open Board meeting where a quorum of the Board was present.
