Owners wishing to modify existing Living Units must submit plans for review and approval by the Architectural Control Committee.
Modifications include but are not limited to additions to the structure of the dwelling unit, such as living space, decks and railings, and any changes to the color or materials of the exterior of the dwelling unit.
THE ABILITY OF AN OWNER TO MAKE ADDITIONS OR REMODEL A PARTICULAR DWELLING UNIT MAY BE SEVERELY RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY THE ATLANTIC COASTAL BAYS CRITICAL AREA ACT.
PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS ARE URGED TO FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THIS LEGISLATION.
