Community Center

At the heart of our beautiful community is the state-of-the-art private Owner’s Community Center featuring an outdoor pool, fitness center, sports lounge with pool tables and ping pong, and other amenities such as free Wi-Fi, Café with vending machines, locker rooms with saunas, a card room, and a multi-purpose room available for Owners to use.

Marina

The Marina includes 96 boat slip easements and a boat ramp for up to 150 GlenRiddle owners to use to launch their boats. There is a boardwalk to the boat slip piers and around the Marina perimeter, that boat slip easement owners use to access their boats. The boardwalk is also available to all GlenRiddle owners to enjoy according to the Marina rules and regulations. A lot across from the Marina is also available with a water connection to wash boats and for temporary boat storage for GlenRiddle owners that have been granted access to use the boat ramp.

!Boat slip easements are available as resales from their current owners. Boat slips can only be sold to a GlenRiddle owner. According to the Declarations Section 16.9 Marina Capital Contribution, there is a transfer fee of $1,000 payable to the GlenRiddle Community Association, Inc. to cover the administrative cost of completing the transfer.

Kayak Storage Rack

The lot across from the Marina includes storage racks for kayaks. The rules for use of the kayak racks govern how owners can apply for access to use a rack.

Championship Golf Courses

Some of GlenRiddle’s amenities include two championship golf courses privately owned by the GlenRiddle Golf Club, a 96 slip marina, and lit tennis courts for evening play.
