Approved sales offices, construction offices/trailers, storage sheds, trailer yards, and temporary restrooms are permitted during construction only.

Approved temporary facilities are only permitted on the lots owned by each Participating Builder and must comply with Worcester County laws and regulations.

These facilities and related debris must be removed promptly when the related dwelling unit construction is substantially complete.

Site planning, architectural and landscape guidelines for permanent structures shall apply to the location and design of temporary facilities as well.

Prior to all installation, the Architectural Control Committee must review plans for all temporary facilities.

Approved signage is limited to one office/trailer mounted sign and one freestanding sign.

All temporary facilities must be located so as to avoid impact on adjacent developed Property.

Temporary facilities must also be placed on imminently developing Property; the removal of existing trees solely for temporary facilities is prohibited.

Facilities, structures, and areas must be maintained in a neat and orderly manner, with fencing and landscaping provided as required by the Architectural Control Committee.
