Any Association identification or entry sign shall be designed as an integral part of both the architectural and landscape design of the Association.

The sign can be freestanding or built into a landscaped low brick or stone wall.

Signs shall have a low profile, with colors and materials related to those of the dwelling unit architecture.

All permanent signs shall be landscaped.

Simple, straightforward lettering is preferred with the size of the lettering and logo proportional to the size of the sign.
