A. Learn About Your Community
The Owners’ Guide to GlenRiddle Living includes an overview of GlenRiddle’s history, community living benefits, amenities, governance process, ways to get involved with your community, and your association’s finances. Living in a homeowner’s association comes with responsibilities to conform with the documents you agreed to when you purchased your residence. This online access to the association’s governing documents can help you to be aware of your responsibilities. However, you can also use this online resource to suggest ways to improve your community. Governing documents should evolve over time to reflect ever-changing homeowner needs.
B. Quick Reference
The Owners’ Guide also includes a quick reference to the Governing Documents organized by common activities. This quick reference is Topic 2. Common Governing Document Activities. These common activities can be a good starting point for understanding your responsibilities as an Owner in GlenRiddle. To learn more, please click on the link below each activity. This link will take you to the text of the governing document. Also, use the Table of Contents and the search function to learn about documents not covered here.
C. Navigate
*Here are some tips for how to navigate the online governing documents for GlenRiddle:
1. Begin with the Topic Menu. The menu should be visible when you first access the online governing documents.
2. You can hide or unhide the Topic Menu. If you don’t see the menu, click to unhide the menu.
3. Menus will have Topics and Sub-Topics.
4. Click on Topics and Subtopics to navigate to that section of the online governing documents.
5. Look for arrows next to Topics and Sub-topics. The arrows can be used to hide or unhide the Topics or Sub-Topics.
6. Click on blue links to go to other sections of the online governing documents or to download documents. Links to download documents are often samples of forms to complete.
D. Search
Each page of the online governing documents includes a header with the document’s version number and a search bar. As changes are made to the documents, the version number and/or the last update date will be updated. Also, use the search bar to enter keywords or phrases to see a list of possible topics and sub-topics that pertain to your search.
E. Download
If you prefer to access the governing documents offline, you can download the most current version of the documents by clicking on the link at the bottom of the Table of Contents.
If you previously downloaded a PDF version of the documents, check the version number and last update date on the PDF to be sure you are working with the most current version of the governing documents. If the version number and/or the last update date on the PDF you previously downloaded differ from the online version number and/or last update date, then download the current version of the PDF and discard the older PDF version.

Each page includes a link to submit your feedback.
Once you click on the link, you will see a form to submit your comments and questions. Also, provide feedback on how we can make this online governing documents resource better serve your needs.
G. Tips and Warnings
You will also see Tips and Warnings in various places within the online governing documents and downloadable PDF.
