7.6. Administrative Resolution 2012-1: Architectural Control Committee Application Review Marina Basin

WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 7 of the Declaration, the Declarant is authorized to assign all or part of its rights and powers to a Design Review Entity, and;

WHEREAS, Article 7 of the Declaration provides that no improvements of any kind shall be commenced, erected, or maintained upon the Property until a review “Application” is submitted to and approved by the Design Review Entity, and:

WHEREAS, the Design Review Entity is now commonly referred to as the Architectural Control Committee (ACC);

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors hereby establishes a policy in which the ACC will now have the authority to review, approve, or deny applications submitted for improvements to the GlenRiddle Marina Basin in accordance with the covenants, conditions, casements, and restrictions of the GlenRiddle Marina Basin.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being the Secretary of the GlenRiddle Community Association, Inc., has caused this Policy to be adopted on this 22 day of March 2012.
