Consideration should be given to the street wall created by the dwelling unit facades and setbacks; generally, the dwelling unit setbacks should be more consistent so that the street wall appears unified but not monolithic.
Any dwelling units sited on a key comer lot shall be oriented to minimize overlooking of the adjacent houses.
The Architectural Control Committee may give consideration to alternative dwelling unit designs oriented diagonally to the comer.
There may also be other lots such as those adjoining Community Areas or Community Property, which will have special considerations for dwelling unit orientation.
