As with site planning and architecture, the overall landscape design of the Association is an integral part of the overall image and character of the Association.
Visually, it is important the Association convey a well-landscaped appearance and high-quality environment.
Specific landscaping requirements will vary from site to site depending upon the inherent natural characteristics, the specific design intent, and the amount of natural vegetation disturbed by the construction on the site.
The general intent is to enhance the design concepts for the Association, replace cleared vegetation, and provide privacy and visual buffering, especially between dwelling units and major roadways.
The development of project landscape plans shall be coordinated with the List of Recommended Trees contained in the Appendix.
