6.3.2.1. 1. Dwelling Units, Accessory Structures and Enclosures

All dwelling units shall be greater than 1 story and shall incorporate a second story element.

All detached structures such as garages and pavilions shall be of similar design and material as the dwelling units and must be specifically approved by the Architectural Control Committee.

Wing walls may be used for creating privacy is consistent with the architectural style but should be integrated and not appear as separate or add-on elements.
