You can only park in paved parking areas or in enclosed garages. Also, you must not park within (10) ten feet of driveway entrances directly opposite any single-family resident’s driveway or any condominium resident’s driveway and garage

What vehicles, boats, and other equipment can I keep outside in my driveway or the streets outside of my home?
You can park sport utility vehicles, vans, or similar vehicles designed primarily as passenger vehicles and which are not used for commercial purposes and light pick-up trucks of three-quarter ¾ ton capacity or less used for noncommercial purposes. You can also have equipment or machinery as may be reasonable, customary, and usual in connection with the maintenance and repair of your home and the improvements thereon and equipment or machinery as the Association may require in connection with the maintenance and operation of the Community Property. You cannot keep junk vehicles, commercial vehicles or vehicles displaying commercial information (including vans used for commercial purposes), trucks (as defined by the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles and/or by common usage and practice) not otherwise allowed, unlicensed, or inoperable motor vehicles (including any vehicle which would not pass applicable state inspection criteria), trailers, camp trucks, recreational vehicles, buses, horse trailers, boats or other similar vehicles, machinery or equipment of any kind or character (except for machinery or equipment otherwise allowed. You also cannot (except for bona fide emergencies) repair or carry out extraordinary maintenance of automobiles or other vehicles.
