Enjoy the Community Center Facilities
Use of the recreational facilities is restricted to Property Owners and their guests who are in good standing. All Property Owners and their guests must have their ID swipe cards/guest cards on their person when using the GlenRiddle Community Center. Please read the Rules and Regulations regarding the use of the recreational facilities at the Community Center. These rules and regulations cover CONDUCT, ATTIRE, EQUIPMENT, KITCHEN FACILITIES, RADIOS, FOOD & DRINKS, PETS, SMOKING, PARKING, SKATEBOARDING, and BICYCLING. Amenities available include MEETING ROOM RENTALS, SHARING LIBRARY, CARD ROOM, INDOOR SPA/SAUNAS, FITNESS CENTER, LOCKER ROOMS, and SWIMMING POOL. Please read the Rules and Regulations for these amenities. Remember, the GlenRiddle Community Center is recorded under 24-hour video surveillance.

Lease the Community Center Multi-Purpose Room and Catering Kitchen
You must be a resident in good standing of the GlenRiddle Community Association and must be present and assume responsibility for the Leased Area. The lease term includes time to set up and tear down your event. You are responsible for cleaning up after your event. You will need to pay a $300 deposit to cover any damages. The lease fee is posted on TownSq. Upon executing the Lease Agreement, you will need to pay the entire Lease Fee by check. Please read the Terms of Usage and Rules and Regulations before committing to the
lease.

Lease the GlenRiddle Community Center Outdoor Swimming Pool
You must be a resident in good standing of the GlenRiddle Community Association and must be present and assume responsibility for the Leased Area. The lease term includes time to set up and tear down your event. You are responsible for cleaning up after your event. You will need to pay a $300 deposit to cover any damages. The lease fee is posted on TownSq. You must also pay for the cost of the lifeguard. Please read the Terms of Usage and Rules and Regulations before committing to the lease. Upon executing the Lease Agreement, you will need to pay the full Lease Fee by check 15 business days prior to your event.

Drive a golf cart around the neighborhood
Your golf cart must have a rear-view mirror, headlights, and taillights (if you operate the cart after dusk) and display your lot number on the rear of the cart in three-inch (3”) letters. Drivers must possess and carry a valid driver’s license, or, be accompanied by a competent adult who possesses a valid driver’s license or a learner’s permit.

Use the Marina ramp to launch my boat
You must register your boat with the management office to obtain a GlenRiddle Marina sticker to put on your boat. When registering you will need: proof of ownership or residency in The GlenRiddle Community Association, Inc., your current boat registration, and proof of liability insurance. A full marine insurance package (hull coverage, as well as Indemnity and liability coverage) is recommended. Owners must maintain insurance coverage while launching, retrieving, operating, or mooring a vessel in the Marina.

Use the trailer parking lot near the Marina
You must limit parking in the boat parking lot near the Marina to a 72-hour period.

Alter the dock by my boat slip
All new construction and modifications to the pier by your boat slip must conform to the requirements of the Dock Alterations Guidelines. These Dock Alteration Guidelines cover a broad scope of alteration elements including, but not limited to, bumpers, mooring whips, signage, hose bibs, and dock boxes. No alterations or additions to the pier, piles, or facilities are permitted without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors, Marina Committee, and Architectural Control Committee through the completion of the application process. Existing permanently attached fixtures may not be moved, removed, or altered in any way without the prior written approval of the Marina Committee and Board of Directors.

Store my kayak near the Marine
Each registered unit owner (household) in GlenRiddle will have the opportunity to rent one numbered space on the small boat storage rack. A $40.00 administrative fee will be assessed annually for each rack space. The annual rental period will run from February 15 to October 31st. Rack space will be allocated on a lottery basis if the demand exceeds availability. Additional racks may be constructed pending demand and funding. The GlenRiddle Community Association Inc. will not be held liable for any boats stored on the rack. Owners store boats at their own risk.

Buy a boat slip
Since all 96 Boat Slip Easements are under private ownership, the private owners (Boat Slip Grantees) shall have the right to assign their Boat Slip Easement to another Owner for such consideration as the parties to such assignment may agree to. Upon any such assignment, the Boat Slip Easement being assigned shall thereafter be appurtenant to and run with title to the Living Unit of the assignee and shall no longer be appurtenant to or run with title to the Living Unit of the assignor. Such assignment shall be substantially in the form in Article 16, Exhibit “C-2”, and shall be recorded among the Land Records. Any grant or assignment of a Boat Slip Easement shall be consented to in writing by the Association. The Association may, but shall not be obligated to, collect a reasonable capital contribution in addition to the Marina Capital Contribution which would be payable by an assignee of a Boat Slip Easement upon any assignment of a Boat Slip Easement.

Walk on the golf course
GlenRiddle Community Association, Inc. does not own the GlenRiddle Golf Club. Therefore, no Owner or other resident of the GlenRiddle Community shall use or enter upon any portion of the Golf Course or any cart paths which serve the Golf Course without the prior written consent of the owner or operator of the Golf Course.

Arrange for private, exclusive, or proprietary use of community property
Private, exclusive, or proprietary use of community property requires the specific approval of the Board of Directors, and the approval can only be on a temporary basis.
