d. Appeals
The applicant may appeal a decision of the Architectural Control Committee to the Board of Directors of the Association by filing a written request with the Board within 30 days of issuance of the Architectural Control Committee’s decision.
The appeal should include a full basis for such a request and any supporting technical design information.
The Board may request further information in order to reverse, modify, or affirm a decision by the Architectural Control Committee.
All appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the granting of a request for reconsideration with respect to one project does not imply or warrant that a similar request will be granted with respect to any other project.
