The ICB values and differences are stored in a dedicated table within Cubix.
This ICB table is similar to the Main data table in that it is made up of a number of dimensions, and indeed it shares some of the dimensions of the main table. However, there are some important differences.
ICBEnt1 is the entity in whose books the value is entered: the ‘From’ entity.
ICB Ent2 is the partner entity they are selecting the value for: the ‘To’ entity.
ICBVar is similar to the variable dimension, but only contains ICB type variables.
ICBDiff shows either the original value or the calculated matching difference.
The data in the ICB table can be viewed in a browser, just like the data in the main table. Create a browser, but instead of using the main table, select the ICB table.
Then complete your selections form the available dimensions.
You cannot edit the table in the same way as you would the other tables. The appropriate cells need to be double-clicked to enter data.
The View can be navigated in the same way as all other tables – using the Slice ‘n’ Dice option or double-clicking a Member to access the Member Selection dialog box.
