Posting A Journal

If a journal is balanced it is ready to be posted.

To post a journal

From the menu ribbon, select Create Journals.
Select the appropriate Entity and Version
Click Post
From the list of journals that appears, select the ones to post and click Post Now.

!Only appropriate valid Journals will appear in this list. This means they must balance and be during or prior to the CAP (Current Actual Period).
