The Cubix Model Designer home page lists any models to which you have designer access. This includes models that you have created yourself on a local PC or network drive and it includes models that someone else has created and then given you designer access to, known as Joint Ownership models.
To add a new model…
From the model designer home screen click New
Enter a name and description for the model. and if desired, select an alternative the path to store the model and its data.
Enter a Designer Username. This is the ID that will be needed by anybody who wishes to open the model in the designer. To control access to your models, it is recommended to invent a new Designer Username rather than using an existing Windows log-on ID which may be well known. The Designer Username can be shared with anybody you wish to grant joint ownership to and can be changed at any time.
If you wish the model to have joint ownership with one or more other designer users, tick the Joint Owner box. Click here for more information on Joint Ownership and Sharing of models and data.
Click Save and the model will be added to the list of available models.
Hover over a model in the list to select options to Edit, Copy, Delete or change model settings.
