Status and Users

Status

The Status window provides information about the model on an entity and version basis.

The status includes information on whether data has been calculated, consolidated or locked, the last user to edit the data and when it was edited etc.

The status window is also used to manually reset entities to require a re-calculation. This can be useful if you want to run an iterative calculation or just want to be sure that everything has been fully calculated.

Select the entities and versions to be reset and click the Touch button.

*The data in the Status window can be sorted by right clicking on a column header. It can also be filtered by selecting from a particular entity set, if entity sets have been defined in your model. (See Sets)

Users

The users window will display a list of all currently logged on users.

Logged In Users

If necessary, users can be forcibly logged off from this window, however, extreme care should be taken when doing this. It should only be used if it is certain that the user is not in the middle of a data entry or calculate or consolidate process.
