Each Cubix model has the following eight dimensions:

Time Periods – Months ,Quarters etc.
Variable Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet lines, Data Items etc.

In addition to the key dimensions, you can set up calculation rules, currency conversions and if necessary, advanced financial features such as journal processing and inter-company balance management.

The process of building a model is to work through each dimension in turn and add in the individual elements that define you content and business structure. This first time you edit a new model, a wizard will help you through each dimension in turn. If you wish to bypass the wizard, just click on the Exit Wizard button to the bottom right.
