When you double-click a cell in the Adjustment sheet, this activates the Journal Drill Down function, but only if the cell has had an adjustment made to it.
If you double-click a cell that has no journal information applied to it, it will display the journal entry dialog box – you may add a new journal entry in this way.
If you double-click a cell that does have journal data available, the Journal Drill Down window will appear.
This presents you with the journal ID number and the value for that variable. Click View, to display the full details of the journal entry.
It is possible to add a New journal entry here. It will automatically use the Entity and first Variable line as per the existing journal.
If suitable journal templates have been set up, you may also add journal entries via a template here.
