Changing The Consolidation Hierarchy

When you have entered some input and consolidation entities and set the relevant consolidation parents, you can view and re-arrange the structure using the Hierarchy view.

The hierarchy view enables you to move any entity or group of entities to different positions within the structure. For example you can:

• Move an individual entity higher or lower in the list.
• Move an individual entity into a different sub consolidation level with a different parent.
• Move an entire sub consolidation level into a different consolidation level.
  

Click on the row of the item you wish to move and drag it to its new position.

To drop an entity into a new consolidation level, make sure the green arrow is showing and drop the entity over the new consolidation parent.

To drop an entity into position under another entity, make sure the blue arrow is showing and drop the entity in the desired position

After making any changes to the hierarchy, be sure to click Save.

*If you have multiple consolidation paths in your model, you can select and edit the hierarchy views for each path separately.
