Patrol Log – Signing In

Refer to Patrol Operations Manual for the basic process of a volunteer patrol using LIMSOC to sign on.

Patrol Attendance

The paper Patrol Attendance Logbook is to be completed as a back-up form if LIMSOC is not working.
It is to be written in prior to, during, and at the completion of patrols and all attendances must be lodged into Surfguard and a copy be made available for a monthly inspection by Branch as per the SLSQ Lifesaving Log Book Guidelines

LIMSOC Reporting

LIMSOC Statistics and Incidents:
Patrol statistics must be recorded in LIMSOC before, during and after patrol. LIMSOC is SLSQ’s central data base for all patrol statistics and incident reporting.
