5.1.1.1. Budget approval process

It is extremely important that budgets are approved by the Branch Council or Management Committees. It involves preparing a formal proposal to present for informed decision making.

Out of cycle budget requests

Within clubs, Presidents, Treasurer and potentially the Secretary should have access to approving funding expenditure (to a limit).

Out of cycle budget requests should be submitted to the relevant committee within the club rules for review and approval.

Using the same steps as above to complete an out-of-cycle budget request or align with your branches clubs financial management policy.
