State and National Service awards recognise and reward individuals or groups for their outstanding achievements, initiatives or years of service from a state and national level.
Selection criteria for the specific award you are nominating for must be addressed and submitted with the nomination form. Each award is different, so check with the relevant award on the following pages for the relevant selection criteria.
The national service awards have no opening and closing date, as you can apply for these at any time of the year using the appropriate forms.
The state service awards must be submitted as outlined in the Recognition Circulars.
