30. My card is linked but not updated on Surfguard?
31. Application Pending
If you have submitted your Blue Card details and have been linked to SLSQ but your details haven’t been updated on Surfguard your application may still be in progress or pending.
If you do not complete the application process after the blue card was linked to SLSQ, the Blue Card Register may show your status as “Application Pending” and SLSQ will be unable to access your Blue Card details.
SLSQ will remain unable to update a member’s details on Surfguard until they have finished their Blue Card application.
You will need to log back into the Blue Card Applicant Portal and complete the application.
If you are sure you completed the application after your Blue Card was linked, you will need to contact Blue Card Services to find out why the application has stalled.
