Officer bearers refer to individuals who hold specific positions of responsibility within your club/ branch. Each year, as part of your Annual General Meeting, your new Officer Bearers will be inducted and Surf Guard is required to be updated with the new Officer Bearers
Office bearers are to be logged via Surfguard using the Organisational Management Function.

- Surf Sports Officer/Director of Surf Sports
- Chief Training Officer
- Junior Activities Chairperson
- Youth Development Officer
- Complaints Officer (Grievance Officer)
- Communications Officer
- IRB Officer
- Safety Advisor
- Member Protection Information Officer
- Administrator/Office Manager
