Exit Surveys – Volunteer Member
When a volunteer/member leaves your club, it is a good opportunity to gather information as to their reason for leaving and their experiences at the club. The information gathered from an exit survey or interview may be used to improve the club and recognise the efforts of the volunteer.

Exit Surveys – Management Committee
As a volunteer-based organisation, strong and effective leadership is critical to success. Management/ Executive Committees play a vital role in shaping the direction of our Club, Branch, and State activities. To continuously improve governance, leadership, and operational effectiveness, you are encourage to introduce Exit Surveys for committee members who are stepping down from their roles.
